The Spotted Turtle Herpetolgical Institute presents "Skin & Scales" - typically a 60-90 minute Live Animal Presentation featuring native and exotic Reptiles, Amphibians and Invertebrates from around the world.
As of 2017, we are celebrating our 29th year in business and proudly serving citizens from Maine to Delaware (So far!)
Our presentations are formulated with the observers needs in mind and are appropriate for all ages. The animals are always presented in a safe and professional manner and audience participation is gently encouraged - never forced. Our staff is mindful of the sensitivity of children and each child is made to feel special the way he or she deserves!
Children and adults alike agree that a Skin & Scales presentation is entertaining, educational and packed with excitement!
